Nature of the Service

Grant County Released Inmates is a private reference site. It holds no official government records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its pages point to Grant County jail and release resources, Oklahoma corrections systems, and outside research tools. The agency or provider reached through a link remains responsible for its own service and records.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming other people or the service. You must not:

• Break any law through use of the site.
• Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another covered eligibility decision.
• Attempt access to systems or data without permission.

No Consumer Reports

Grant County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a screening service. You agree not to use any material for:

• Tenant selection or any housing decision.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.
